MAJOR INCIDENTS:MALICIOUS WOUNDING
Commerce Street 7000 Two men approached a third man in front of the Pizza Hut and an argument ensued. The men stabbed the third man and fled to their nearby residences. Leonel Delcid, 25, of 7212 Commerce Street #101, and Jose Delcid-Quinteros, 23, of 7240 Commerce Street #203, were arrested and charged with malicious wounding. The victim was treated for non-life threatening injuries at Inova Fairfax Hospital.FRAUD
Springfield Plaza Several individuals were arrested after they were found to be selling illegal copies of compact discs and DVD movies. An officer on patrol noticed the poor quality covers and packaging of the counterfeit copies, as vendors sold them at a flea market. The vendors were charged with fraud/failing to provide true manufacturer on recorded devices.

Mittendorff Lane 5400 Glider reported stolen. Old Keene Mill Road 7000 Gasoline taken from service station without payment being made. Plaskett Forest Lane 9700 Cash taken from residence. Rhoden Court 7000 License plate taken from parked vehicle. Richmond Highway 9500 Bicycle reported stolen. South Van Dorn Street 6600 Flag taken from golf course. Springfield Mall 6700 Customer failed to pay for manicure. Springfield Plaza 6400 License plate taken from parked vehicle. Telegraph Road 5600 Beer taken from business. Wescott Hills Way 5900 Moped reported stolen. Wildwood Street 9100 Tools taken from parked vehicle. Wildwood Street 9200 Tree stump grinder reported stolen.
